For old viewers: I have just completed my The Unfortunates supplement to my Kinbaku Forest series of 63 illustrations. Making a total of around 120 illustrations. I hope have enjoyed them. Now I am going to take a break of a while. I will be still be posting new illustrations from time to time, but not in series for a while. This is to allow me some time to work on some other projects. But don't be surprised if the 'spirit' suddenly moves me and I suddenly have a out burst of illustrations on some theme related to Kinbaku.
I have in my gallery, under "Full Kinbaku Forest Parts 1,2, and 3" subgalleries finished combining the "Kinbaku Forest" and "The Unfortunates" illustrations in order of appearance.
For new viewers: For new viewers: I have over 2100 illustrations in my gallery. Many of which are arranged into story lines, some short, some hundreds of illustrations long Taro's and Jiro's tails. My artwork is a display the Japanese arts of Kinbaku (tight rope bondage), Shibari (binding), and Goumon (torture). That is why I refer to myself as a Kinbaku illustrator. There are also a number of special series like "Kinbaku Perilous" ,"Kinbaku Nightmares","Kinbaku Forest" and the Unfortunates", in my galleries, each 50 illustrations long, done in a large format. Besides that I have number of large scale illustrations of Japanese Castles and fleets, in my gallery, which I have built from scratch. My new illustrations now have a tendency to be large in size (2560-3180 pixels wide).
My illustrations are often placed in a sequential series with accompanying text to explain them more fully. The text enhances the illustrations and gives more life to the story. So to get the most out of my artwork view my illustrations and read the text. The text gives a voice to the characters in the illustrations. The text often contains notes explaining the situation more fully. Many notes are educational concerning the nature of the Japanese society in 1605 AD, at the end of the Sengoku (waring states) period. But be warned, I pull no punches in my illustrations and commentary, my material is not for the faint of heart. It explores the dark side of people and society. Especially the beauty and mystery in the art of Japanese rope bondage.

Onward to kinbaku Tidbits 18
For my old viewers: For now it is back to Kinbaku Tidbits for a while. To give me time to think up more ways of presenting Kinbaku. I have posted, a few days ago, some Kinbaku videos of 5-7 minutes long, they now have their own section in my gallery, more will be coming in the future. I suggest looking at my 'Kinbaku Forest' it has sound and some music, as well as a story. It was on my old YouTube Channel for years and fairly popular. But note it may a slow start for some, being 5 minutes long, because it is a story. It is meant for a full sized screen not a little box on the screen. Also note that 'Kinbaku Forest' pictures are in my gallery. With a sampling on the left hand side of this page if you scroll down a bit.
